Excellent location, just steps from the beach. The rooftop bar has stunning views and great drinks. Check-in was slow, and the staff was a bit disorganized. Breakfast options could use improvement.

Clean room with a great harbor view. Elevators were extremely slow and crowded, which was frustrating. Nice rooftop bar with free sunset shots. Breakfast was just okay with limited options.

An ideal location with a promising view turned into a frustrating experience. Charged $196.62 on top of a confusing amenity fee. The breakfast was commendable, and the rooms were clean, yet our joy was overshadowed by a leaking window that flooded our space. Staff's response was inadequate; forced to switch rooms with no real resolution or manager support. Broken security measures left us feeling uneasy. Check-in issues compounded the chaos, and overall; the experience fell flat. This was meant to be a memorable anniversary, but it was far from that. I won't return, as basic maintenance seems neglected.

They charged us extra fees for the pool and Wi-Fi that weren't clear beforehand, and the front desk staff was rude about it. Honestly, it felt totally misleading.

During my stay, I loved how I could walk to amazing spots like Pier 60, just a few steps away, where I enjoyed the sunset and local street performances, and Clearwater Beach, which is less than a 10-minute stroll from the hotel, making lazy beach days easy; plus, the room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent. the hotel could improve its elevator service since it was a bit slow at times.

The room was spacious with a lovely sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment, and the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I did notice a few areas that could use some improvement. The ironing facilities were a bit outdated, and the carpeted floor could have been cleaner. the staff at the front desk seemed a bit inexperienced and not very helpful when I had questions about the additional costs. On the bright side, the housekeeping was excellent, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. I also appreciated the option for dry cleaning services and laundry facilities available at the hotel. my stay at Pier House was enjoyable, with some minor drawbacks that didn't overshadow the positives of the experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Great location with a comfortable, clean room and an excellent renovated bathroom. The towel dog was a charming touch! The rooftop bar provided fun vibes and decent bar food, though the breakfast wasn't impressive. Parking was convenient, and staff were mostly friendly, except for a bit of a hiccup with the front desk regarding my payment. The fish charter we booked was a highlight - highly recommend it. Despite some service issues, the overall experience was pleasant, making it likely I'd return next year.

The place had a wicked location, walking distance to spot, on entertainment and the beach , mega convenient! The beds were comfier than my own - like sleeping on a cloud. And don't even get me started on the rooftop bar - sweet views and top, notch grub.
Yo, so, the room had a sick view, but dang, the noise outside was a real buzzkill. On the street side, it was like a 24/7 party right outside the window.

Spectacular dolphin tour topped with engaging experiences with various wildlife. Perfect for families of all ages, offering marine life sightings and vibrant city views close by.
My wife says that improving kids' menu options would be great.

Had a blast with my friends at the beach near the stadium for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' home games. Pier 60 transformed into a cool festival every evening with vendors & lights. Perfect for young party-goers!
Would love more late-night activities for young party animals like us to keep the fun going after the festival ends.

We loved the spacious and stylish room with comfy beds. The rooftop bar with sunset views was fantastic. Despite minor shower water pressure issues, our stay was excellent. we recommend this hotel.

Steps away from the best show in Clearwater, where the fun starts at sunset. Viewing the stunning water and marina was delightful. Enjoyed the Gala Cafe and the Aldabra Tortoise encounter was a rare treat!
Hiking tons of stairs due to the broken elevator was just the cherry on top of a perfect stay! .

Great location, close to the pier and beach. Delicious breakfast included. Easy access to parking right under the hotel.
Room felt stuffy, with a dated carpet that affected air quality. Construction noise and view disturbed the pool experience.

Loved the stunning sunset views from Jimmy's Bar, spacious rooms with balcony, helpful and friendly staff, and convenient access to beach and pool towels.
Felt really comfortable and at home, nothing to complain about.

the location is perfect, just a block from the beach with ocean view rooms available. the staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless. the pool area by the marina is a great place to relax and watch the boats and dolphins. the rooftop bar offers stunning sunset views and a complimentary rum shot. overall, a fantastic experience at a competitive rate.

stayed at pier house 60 clearwater beach marina. partial ocean view room was super clean and quiet. loved the convenient location - close to orlando. great breakfast and friendly staff. can recommend.
